The 1 hour delay checking int caused to be late for a dinner appointment. It appears to be a stain and not a burn, as was stated to me by staff. ![]() The third room has some kind of stain on the sheets, pictures attached. The third room I was checked into, I was given incorrect directions to access the room. When you front desk person suggested if such a room was acceptable, I said absolutely not, and I was checked into that style room anyway. The second room, picture attached, was a prison cell with a small window. The first room the AC unit was defective and noisy and the room phone did not work. I found the rooms to be subpar for what I expect from a Caesars property and the customer service was that much worse. ![]() It took over an hour to check in, getting put into two unacceptable rooms, before finally getting checked into what was supposed to be an upgraded room, only to check into a standard room.
