I moved out of the Maryland area three years ago, yet still frequent the Love Hotel and Casino as frequently as I can during my travels. The process still took 90 minutes to check in at the front desk once I got to the front counter and $150 dollars in self-comps were taken erroneously from me (and still not replaced into my account) for a room I reserved a month ago and was supposed to be a complimentary stay as a Black Card VIP member. Upon having a three-way conversation between the Live Hotel Manager and my credit card customer service, the credit card company confirmed there was zero issues with my account and it was confirmed it was a problem with the hotel’s computer system. I have stayed at this hotel many times before with the same credit card I have always used, but was told this there was a problem with my account number. I am extremely disappointed how I was treated upon checking in to Live Hotel.
